1. Registration & Eligibility

Students must complete the registration form and submit payment to secure a spot.

Courses are open to all learners aged [insert age if applicable].

Spots are limited; registration is confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

By registering, students acknowledge that active participation in all classes is required to gain the full benefit of the course. Individual progress may vary.
2. Payment Terms

Students may choose full payment or an installment plan.

A $299 registration fee is required to secure your spot. This fee is non-refundable.

The remaining course balance is refundable if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before the course start date.

All payments are in CAD and include applicable taxes.

Late or failed payments may result in course suspension or cancellation.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds of the remaining balance will only be issued if cancellation is made 14 days or more before the course starts.

Cancellations within 14 days of the course start date are non-refundable.

Exceptional circumstances (illness, emergencies) may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
4. Course Delivery & Materials

Courses are delivered online via [platform, e.g., Zoom].

Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection and device to participate.

Course materials are provided digitally for personal use only; sharing or distributing materials is prohibited.
5. Attendance & Participation

Students are expected to attend all classes and participate actively. Regular attendance is essential to progress in the course.

Missed classes cannot be replaced or refunded, except in exceptional circumstances.

Progress may vary between students depending on effort, practice, and prior experience. The course does not guarantee specific results.

Recorded sessions may be available for review, but they are not a substitute for live participation.
6. Liability

The course provider is not responsible for technical issues, including internet outages or device malfunctions.

Students participate at their own risk.
7. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully in classes.

Harassment, disruptive behavior, or inappropriate language may result in removal from the course without refund.
8. Privacy & Data

Student information is collected for course administration purposes only.

Payment information is securely processed via [payment processor].

We do not share personal data with third parties.
9. Intellectual Property

Course content is copyrighted. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or sell materials.
10. Changes to Terms or Courses
